TERMS & CONDITIONS

For clients using Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Stocker's Physiotherapy will claim directly where possible.

• Clients using PMI should ensure they have acquired authorisation before treatment commences.

• If PMI does not cover sessions undertaken Stocker's Physiotherapy Ltd will bill clients directly for the outstanding amount not covered by PMI.

• PMI may cover a certain number of sessions, clients are responsible for knowing the number of sessions they have allocated to them for any specific condition or authorisation.

• Any sessions not covered by PMI will need to be paid for.

• All sessions require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

• For Monday appointments notice of cancellation should be given on the Friday before.

• Sessions cancelled outside of these times will incur a charge for the full fee of the session.
